Is bee pollen, defined as microsporic grains collected by bees in seed plants and then collected from the legs of bees, vegan? Is honey or bee pollen that can be consumed for vegetarian nutrition also suitable for vegan nutrition?
Especially pollen collected by bees, which is a part of ecological balance is consumed by humans. However, vegan individuals do not accept pollen consumption because collecting pollen for nutritional purposes forces both the environment and the bee population, harming their ability to feed their larvae.
Therefore, Bee Pollen is not vegan.
